Maintenance & Security
The Property Management office is on-site, located on Floor 2 and open Monday through Friday from 8AM - 5PM.

| Book Tower offers security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A staffed security desk is located in the lobby. Elevators to The Residences at Book Tower are controlled access. |
| Maintenance requests can be submitted using the convenient RentCafe Resident mobile app. Emergency work requests will be addressed immediately. All non-emergency requests will be responded to within 24 hours (when possible) in the order they are received. |
